It was my first time visiting. Since it was tsukemen, the soup had a strong flavor and was full of flavor. The noodles were thick and straight and had a satisfying texture. It was delicious. Unfortunately, it was too rich and boring for me, so I couldn't finish it. sorry. ,

I went there for the first time after a friend of mine told me that it was a delicious tsukemen restaurant. For the time being, I ate the rich seafood with special Shiro Tsukemen. Since it is said to be rich seafood, I thought it would taste similar to what I imagined, but what is it? I didn't really taste the seafood... It looked like they were boiling the soup in a stone bowl, but I wondered if it was okay to boil the soup that long, but I guess that's how the restaurant does it. What were your first impressions after eating it with the soup and noodles? What does it taste like? I can understand the texture and taste of the noodles, but I can't really feel the seafood flavor in the soup...I thought it was a punchy sour and seafood flavor because it said it was rich seafood, but that's not the case, so what's the flavor? As I continued to eat the pork, chicken, eggs, etc. that had been neatly arranged on separate plates, I started to feel a lump in my stomach, and in the end, I couldn't really appreciate the taste of the soup... ...It was crowded so I left for a while. It seems like it changes depending on the time, so maybe it just happened to be subtle? I guess it'll be good for a while, but I've heard that there's another tsukemen restaurant that says it's delicious, so I guess that's it... It would have been nice if I could have tasted the rich seafood flavor. Also, I was asked to let me know when the soup got cold, but it was getting crowded and it was difficult to tell, and I was wondering what would happen if I reheated the soup that I couldn't understand. ʬ

I went to eat tsukemen. At this restaurant, you eat the noodles by dipping them in dipping sauce, so if the noodles gradually get cold, they will reheat them for you, which makes the noodles even more delicious. Excellent Tsukemen 1350 yen roasted pork fillet 4 types including broiled chicken style, olive low temperature cooked chicken breast, roasted pork, and pork belly marinated in oysters. dipping sauce A sweet soup made with a blend of fish such as chin, chicken, pork, etc. noodles The noodles are made in-house using four types of wheat and are made daily. It was delicious with elasticity, aroma, and an addictive texture. Shirayu Ramen 1300 yen soup Mild hot water, although the formulation is different from tsukemen, it is a blended soup stock. noodles It was a standard thickness, thinner than tsukemen, and had a good elasticity and aroma.

First visit to the Kasugai store of the Sugure Group, which has 3 stores. I arrived at around 9:30pm on Friday and entered the store easily. Although it was 30 minutes before closing, they happily accommodated me. ∇Special excellent tsukemen There are two types of tsukemen, white tsukemen and special tsukemen. The flat, straight noodles are relatively thin for tsukemen, and they have a firm wheat taste and are very delicious. The soup has a Japanese taste with the flavor of pork bones and chicken, and the viscosity is relatively low, making it easy to eat. The scent of yuzu was a nice accent 🍋 I also tried the white tsukemen, but this one was delicious with thick, chewy noodles and a rich seafood/tonkotsu soup. For those who like rich tsukemen, this white tsukemen might be more recommended 🙆 I also want to go to other excellent group stores 🤔

Loved the ramen. Gotta dip the cold noodles in to the small, hot gravy pot. Definitely should try if you're new.
