::Swinging pool staff is very kind to children but let my kids rent the swimming ring in the last 10 minutes before closed without any adult supervision. It’s very dangerous.

::Absolutely best hot spring hotel in Beppu. Perfect hot spring, perfect dinner buffet, perfect breakfast buffet. Every colleagues provides nice service. We definitely will visit again next year.

::Very fun hotel! It almost felt like I was in Cancun as it had all the fun amenities within the hotel. This felt more like a resort. I had to deduct one star because though the buffet was super fun and large, the food was overall not delicious. I would definitely stay again as my partner who loves this hotel but I would opt out of buffet.

::Overall was a great experience. This place is like a resort that has everything. Very family oriented. We travel with elders (70+) and young kids (3-9 yo) and they all enjoyed the time we spent there. Buffets were one of the highlights but I’d love it more if they change the menu every other day. We stayed there 3 nights and had to eat the same food everyday was kinda too much. Onsen was great. It wasn’t too crowded (I went there before breakfast and dinner time.) Hopefully in the future they do something with the mat in the changing room because it’s quite stinky. We booked standard room, big and comfy for 3 people. We even had outdoor bathtub.
