::The best beef I ever had in my life. Kobe Beef in Kobe is definitely won't go wrong thingy. Although the marbling is not those super fantastic, the beef is so tender and taste even better than any other wagyu I had anywhere around the world. Highly recommended. The only bad thing about this place is I feel it's too smoky with poor ventilation. Other than that everything is fine.

::I was excited about the visit to this restaurant but got pretty disappointed when leaving. In short, the restaurant isn't kept clean/hygienic and the staff are unfriendly/unprofessional that day. I saw never-wiped-thicklayered geese on the floor and lamps by the tables. It is very unappetizing. The staff are kinda rude when taking orders and always looked annoyed by the customers. I just asked to repeat the drink menu that comes with the meal once and this waitress seemed super stressed about it.. I understand they are always busy and the place is now full of tourists which they are not used to deal with but this is just sad. The food was very good for the price. No doubt about that.

::The top restaurant on my Kobe bucket list! Their restaurant is located on the 6F and the (cheap) lunch ends at 2PM. Although we arrived at 1:46PM, they still took us in and allowed us to order the Kobe steak lunch. Staff was very nice and attentive to our language barrier needs. We ordered the Kobe beef meal for ¥3500 each (comes with rice, sides, and OJ or Coffee). Our chef was nice and explained the beef/sides thoroughly. Our experience was nice other than a rude Chinese tourist sitting on the same table as us. Definitely worth your money if you’re trying to get some Kobe Beef for cheap!

::The Kobe beef was melt in your mouth delicious. It's famous for a reason. $45 for the smaller Kobe beef lunch option. It was a good serving. Reason for 4 stars. Only drink options were coffee or orange juice. So I drank (an only 3/4 full cup) orange juice with my delicate expensive steak. The other reason was it was a bit choppy how things came out at different times. Like it didn't flow properly. Definitely something you should try.

::We all tried the Wagyu Beef Set and for the price no complains. Beef was tender and juicy. Comes with fried onion chips (not the best but really generous with the serving). Experience was great with a very friendly young chef. Cleanliness wise needs big improvement, can see that its not well maintained and cleaned properly. Ventilation quite bad so it was very smokey. Floors and chairs super oily. Only dine here if you are not particular about this! Experience was good and place is very tourist friendly, tons of tourist at each booth. Service was speedy and portion very filling. It is not located at the first floor, do take the lift up!
