When the clerk returned, he emphasized that this was a special treatment, saying, ``Since refund processing is difficult, this time we will give you a special cash back for the parking lot.'' First of all, I would like them to do as much as possible to inform customers that they are not covered by the parking lot service, and I am very sorry that they did not think about the lack of awareness and responded based on their own rules.
