::I went to Komeda Coffee for the first time. I came to the store looking forward to seeing what it was like. Then, the customer service that showed me my seat was the worst I've ever experienced. There was no charm, no honorific language, and a bit of an intimidating way of serving customers. Since it was my first time, I didn't really understand, so I asked him if I could have one of this drink, and he said, "Is this okay?" and walked away. One last thing I would like to say is that the customer service person's body odor was really bad.

::The manager is very enthusiastic and has a good customer service attitude, which makes me feel comfortable. I called during a busy time, but at the end of the phone call, they said they were looking forward to seeing you, which made me happy. This may be a concern for some people, but I like the Iwatsuka store's uniqueness, as it handles business smoothly even during busy times. I guess the toilet is a little old. I think the inside of the store is beautiful.

::I went in the morning because the second refill for some of the drinks was free. I laughed because the jam on the toast was so thin. There is also a bicycle parking lot and a parking lot. I think the payment methods are relatively rare for a modern store. The toilet is old and I don't feel like using it that much. There was a long wait from the morning, perhaps because there was an event or because it was a weekend. There was a line. The syrup in the drink was added freely, but personally, I have a sweet tooth, so I didn't have enough syrup at all. I ordered a refill for a drink and had to wait a long time to be served, which was surprising.

::Went there for lunch. Pasta will be served from 11 to 30 minutes. There was a lunch menu, so I had it. Visit the store again and get Shiro Noir Mini!
