::I saw the name of Taiwan and came here to try it out. The reproduction of the environment feels quite inconsistent, but I can still feel that the owner wants to present the feeling of a Taiwanese stir-fry restaurant. As for the wine, since I don’t drink beer, I won’t comment on the beer part. What’s interesting is that except for the beer, the wine list is quite different from Taiwan’s wine list. For example, the method of adding Sichuan peppercorns to the High Ball or other place-name cocktails are not really available in Taiwan. I ordered a few drinks and found them quite delicious. As for food, I ordered a lot: ネギたれ steamed chicken (scallion oil chicken): delicious, but not very good in terms of reproduction, completely Japanese taste. Mapo Tofu: Mapo Tofu is made differently in many places, but the one here has the same taste as I have eaten in Taiwan. It's delicious topped with white rice. Taiwanese style まぜそば (with noodles): Because of the addition of kimchi, it looks like the Japanese version after the Taiwanese version. Stir-fried Pork Pork: A bit subtle, the cabbage wasn't fried very well. ルーローハン(roasted pork rice): It’s a bit different, but it’s a pretty big bowl, and it’s more like a food modified from donburi rice. 婩そば(I forgot my full name): At first I thought there was no such thing in Taiwan, but the dish turned out to be highly reproducible cut noodles, which was surprisingly delicious. Bean sprouts, scallions, etc., which are quite controversial in Taiwan, are not included in a lot of leftovers. I think it’s good. It tastes quite smooth this way. I accidentally ordered too much and ended up not finishing the last portion of the pork rice. I was very embarrassed.

::It's a very nice place. Since it's not in a busy street, it's a little hard to find, which is a shame because it's a great restaurant. The staff is very friendly, they have an English menu, and the food is amazing. It's also rather cheap. I totally recommend!
