  I was so sick that I had to go to the emergency room twice at night. The first time, he was prescribed only medicine without any intravenous drip or tests, but even then, there was no improvement, and he was taken to the emergency room the second time and was admitted to the hospital after tests. To be honest, I wish they had tested it from the beginning. It was a lot of trouble, but the nurses treated me well when I was admitted to the hospital. If I want to request a test or intravenous drip during a nighttime emergency, is that possible? I would like to request it if possible.

  Last year, I had a lot of pain in my dominant wrist, so after seeing an orthopedic surgeon here, I had surgery to remove the ganglion around mid-August. Thanks to the doctor who treated me, I didn't feel nervous even when I had to put surgery on the table. I am grateful to the nurses for their kind treatment, such as gently teaching me how to hang my arm with a sling even though I was unable to move my dominant hand due to post-operative anesthesia. Even now, one year later, there has been no recurrence and I am very comfortable.

  I visited the hospital because I had been feeling unwell for about a week. Even though I made a reservation, I had to wait at the reception desk for about 15 minutes, and then I had to wait about an hour to see the doctor. When I thought I was finally able to see a doctor, he didn't listen at all and didn't do any tests at all, even though I was told that the cause was a hormonal imbalance and that it was interfering with my daily life, so I asked for a test. , I was told hurtful things about my poor health, and then I was sent home laughing as if I was making fun of myself, saying that I had been treating a lot of people for many years, so I could figure out things like this without having to do any tests. The waiting time is long, they don't care about the patient from above, and the cause is fixed with a proper diagnosis.This is the worst hospital. I understand that you are busy, but I think you should be a little closer to your patients. I think I'll get it checked out at another hospital. I will never go to a hospital like this again.

  Despite having many patients they were still able to give me care. I was scheduled for endoscopy & colonoscopy both no general anesthesia and they were very gently and caring throughout the entire process. They comfort patients
