  Staff over here are very friendly Room are bunk bed style, require setting up your own bed, not too hard to do. Lounge layout is nice Dinner i has black bean curry rice pretty tasty Shower you get the onsen type Place overall is clean Would recommend it

  Staying here for 1 night, it had a good room which is a combination of traditional tatami and modern bedding. the room was spacious and also got living room to relax with friends while having a drink. The dinner was kaiseki-style, it had one of the best and freshest raw seafood that i ever had, the side-dish also quite good, the salmon nabe tasted very rich too.

  The japanese-modern western style room was very nice, we really liked the set up with the tables and beds. The buffet dinner was good. There didn't seem to be many people at the front desk, but they were helpful. The location is great - very near the ropeway to Kurodake, we were completely exhausted and wet after hiking the mountain and it rained at the end, so it was very convenient to go back to the hotel and soak in the hot bath and eat.

  The rooms are very dated. Lobby and public areas are very old as well, feel like I was in a 1970s hotel. The toilet in room is extremely small and for some reason there was no hot water supply to our bath room inside our room hence we had no option but to take our shower in the public bath. Dinner and breakfast buffet food was only average and some food didn’t get refilled at all. Onsen was big, they have a rotation system between men and women for the 3 onsens, which could make it difficult if you want to try a particular onsen if you are just staying for a night.

  The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke due in the hallways due to the lack of ventilation, luckily the room did not smell like that. Also the elevator doors tried to smush us because they closed too fast, and did not wait for us to get out. The food was decent, but didn't not match the price we payed for our room. The good thing is that this hotel is wheelchair accessible.
