  This is a lovely hotel, great rooms and buffet breakfast and dinner. Everything immaculate, clean and spacious.would have given 5 star rating if it had been made clearer that the onsens (which are awesome) are no longer mixed bathing. The online photos show the onsens before walls had been put in place to divide the genders (we had booked under assumption it was mixed bathing). Although the open-air bath it great, it would have been perfect if it was still one larger mixed bathing bath

  There wasn't much choices of lodgings around the area. The place looks newly renovated, and honestly the lobby looked amazing. Staff had limited English but were helpful and friendly. The corridor of the hotels was slightly musty. Room was big, spacious and the bed was comfortable. I felt that the toilet had a slight urine smell to it but my partner didn't think likewise. You were provided with the yukata for the use of the onsen. We opted for both dinner and breakfast. You would have to schedule your dinner entry timing (no fixed duration, so you can stay at the buffet as long as you want). There was unlimited snow crab, and the rest of the options were decent. For breakfast buffet, you could make your own chirashi don (there was a full bowl of ikura that you could add to your hearts content) and the waffle was great. Overall, both buffets were decent but nothing to be raved about.

  Sadly I’ve to write a not so good review while lying on their hotel room bed now, tossing and turning because unable to sleep. We requested for a non smoking room but the room stinks of cigarette smell. The smoking room is at the 1st level just beside the entrance and that’s the first thing u smell when enter the hotel lobby. Worse is they even sell cigarettes over the counter to smokers and I believe some of them do smoke in the room. I’m very sensitive to cigarette smell and this lingering smell in the room is keeping me very awake at this hour. Other than that, the hotel facilities is quite old. Even the walkway for level 8 lacks of lighting hence it is quite dark. The only few redeeming factors is that their staff is friendly even though they are clearly short handed , and that the buffet has free flow crab legs. Will not be staying here again. Only the hotel lobby looks good. Everything else is quite old. Air con also not working and room is very stuffy . Worst combination with the cigg smell. Gosh.

  Have a lovely and memorable time staying here, very fair price with breakfast & dinner included. We will definitely stay here agian if we come to Hokkaido next time.

  had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. the staff were very friendly . the highlight for me was the onsen and the free flow of crab legs at the dinner buffet. very value for that price point
