::This is a very delicious soba restaurant run by a guest house that is a 3-minute walk from Togari Ski Resort. The soba is extremely delicious, and the pork bowl is also so delicious that it has been featured in the media. The tempura is also crispy and the soba is very good. I went home tipsy with beer, Nozawana, horse sashimi, shochu diluted with soba and chibi-chibi tempura, followed by some Japanese sake. The wife is also nice and it's a beautiful soba restaurant.

::They also run a soba restaurant and inn near Togari Onsen Ski Resort in Iiyama City, Nagano Prefecture. I visited for lunch...I ordered horse sashimi tempura soba and pork bowl, and drank a lot of hot Japanese sake! Everything was delicious and Akami's customer service was very polite and good...I was so excited that I was allowed to stay long after closing time. I went there with friends and everyone said how kind they were. If you come to Togari Ski Resort, you won't have to walk all that far, so it's a good place to have lunch, especially if you want to drink.

::A delicious soba restaurant near Togari Onsen Ski Resort, about 5 minutes walk. The soba noodles are exquisite. The accommodation has been well maintained and is a beautiful and nice place. It is better to park at the ski resort.

::I came here after hearing that there is a type of soba unique to Iiyama City called Bokuchi Soba. When I first heard about the word "bokuchi" (tinder), I thought it was made from mugwort (which also serves as a tinder when starting a fire), but here it seems to be a type of Yamagogi. So I waited while playing at the Togari Onsen Ski Resort next door, rushed in when the store opened, and ordered Kakesoba. And hot sake... Just when I was feeling better while drinking hot sake, Kakesoba appeared. I'm glad that I'm surrounded by some red and white masu, burdock kinpira, nozawana greens, and other sake accompaniments, but first I'm going to slurp on the kakesoba. It's well organized. Tsuyu is moderate. The soba noodles are not crumbly. The scent is also great. delicious. Suddenly, I noticed that the soba soup had become cloudy. Is the soba starting to melt? Perhaps it's because the soba is tied with wheat, but when I slurp the soba again, the texture is surprisingly slippery and unique. The tsuyu was probably just the right amount to match the sweetness of the buckwheat flour, resulting in a soba tsuyu with a unique aroma and sweetness. I think this is delicious. Perhaps my interest was piqued, I ordered a piece of zaru soba next time. This time, the tether is effective and long. It was so bad that I had to cut off the soba at the edge of the soba choko while I was handling it. When you slurp your soba noodles, the cold Nagano water tastes delicious, and the scent of soba smells afterward. It's also delicious. However, I like Kakesoba the most. You can't experience this anywhere else.
