  It was a room with a single bed, but I think the size is fine if you just want to sleep at night. I was only able to get a smoking room, so the smell of cigarettes on the wallpaper was a bit harsh. Recently, there has been a trend to provide a separate smoking room, so I would like to see that if possible. It's located in the downtown area, so it's convenient for going out for drinks at night.

  I have used many Smile Hotels in Western Japan, and I have had a comfortable stay at all the Smile Hotels I have used so far without any problems. I was convinced that it was a good hotel chain. This "Smile Hotel Hachinohe" is also part of the Smile Hotel chain, so before checking in I was expecting it to be on the same level as other Smile Hotels, but when I arrived I was surprised. The facilities inside the building were very old, the rooms were small, and I felt that it was an order of magnitude different from other Smile Hotels I had used before. Anyway, I was surprised. There may be various circumstances on the hotel's side, but I have a strong impression that the pricing for this facility has a negative impression compared to other Smile Hotels I have used in the past. However, the customer service at the front desk was good, so I had a good impression of the Smile Hotel chain.

  The building itself is old, but the rooms seem to be kept well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet includes both Japanese and Western dishes, as well as Hachinohe's local specialty, ``senbei soup,'' which I heard is delicious. Relatives would come from far away and stay there a few times a year during long vacations. He also used it at work. The location is convenient in the center of Hachinohe City. but! The young man at the front desk (in his early 20s? He's a slim guy) seems to have the worst attitude. Perhaps he had just finished a night shift since morning, and even the customers could see that he looked sleepy and tired. Even if you ask them where the bus stop is, they seem to be bothered to answer. (Even if there are no other customers waiting) I was treated like this not just once, but twice, and then three times, and my relatives said, ``I don't want to stay here anymore because I don't like the man at the front desk.'' The front desk is the "face" of a hotel, and I thought that the image of Hachinohe City was tarnished by this person.

  Excellent hotel in this price range. It is not a new hotel. But everything is clean and they have everything you need. The breakfast is good. The public bath is small but there was no one when I went there in the morning so it is good enough. The front service is also good.

  This hotel is so bad they didint give romes dont go there
