::While rooms being small, I strongly suggest you give the breakfast a try. For this price tag you won't find anything similar. Japanese and western style breakfast, a great and attentive service. Breakfast from 06:30. The ladies at the reception were very helpful as well. Thank you. Bus stations not far away from the hotel. Train station is 10 minutes walk. You should take the Bus from Hachinohe station to the Hotel instead if you carry luggage. You also get a welcome drink (as of 2023/12) either a highball or a beer from the tap at the reception, which is a nice perk after a long walk before going back to the room. Be aware though: 1. There's no park nearby (but a great Shrine 15m from the hotel), 2. there's no Onsen or Fitness room, even though there are fotos advertised. It has been closed during Covid.

::Overall good experience. Room was smaller than what was pictured on booking.com which is probably not their fault. We had a deluxe queen room. The lobby and everything on the first floor is really nice and beautiful. The room was nice. Again, smaller than pictured, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, but didn’t have a heated toilet seat (not a big deal, but a little disappointing). The best part though, was that the mattress was VERY comfortable. This is probably the best western style mattress I’ve ever slept on in Japan. The sheets and comforter were also top notch. I don’t say this lightly.

::Passable for a day if all you need is to sleep and shower. CANNOT ORDER DELIVERY from outside hotel even though hotel restaurant closed. This is disallowed in hotel rules. It looks fancy from outside but this is misleading. Room fixtures including toilet washlet are old and malfunctioning. Bathroom had lots of black mold in crevices and on walls. Bed was comfortable and air purifier in room. Evening staff not very friendly though morning staff was very friendly for checkout. Easy to get to by bus, train, or walking and 2 minutes wall from Yokocho Alley with all the tiny pubs and scenic lights. So overall it is just okay, probably you can find the same quality for cheaper price.

::A kind of worn-down business hotel that decorates itself with a "grand park" name. There is no park in the vicinity nor is there anything grand about the hotel. The room was stuffy, the bathroom door didnt properly close and the seat had stains. Staff is friendly enogh and there is breakfast, but you can get that for around half the price in a more appealing location...

::Beautiful hotel, but the location is very inconvenient; it's an awkward 17 minute walk from Hon-Hachinohe Station, or a 840¥ cab ride. Even the nearest bus stop is an 8 minute walk from the hotel. Besides the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, except that if you're late checking out by even a minute (literally), they will start badgering you. Overall experience was mixed, but I was only there for one night.
