Dated hotel with old corridors. I booked the largest room so it was still comfortable. It is clean as well. Basic toiletries are provided. Aircon did not work on the first night and they changed another room for me.nice and helpful staff. No coffee in room but they have coffee dispenser at lobby from 3-10pm. No view. Toilet is small and shower curtains stink but is clean.Overall, value for money.not for fussy stayers. Location is good.near to aeon mall, asahikawa station, heiwa dori street and lawson.Parking is cheapest at crystal parking just a minute walk away.

We booked online last minute as we had to stay an additional day in Asahikawa unexpectedly. We were given smoking rooms even though we ordered non-smoking rooms when we booked online. I believe there weren't other regular rooms available. But the staff gaves us some air fresheners to use in our rooms. The room didn't have any bad smell and it was pretty clean. Parking is available in other parking spaces around the hotel. When we talked first, the staff gave us a detailed map.

Nice location, it’s close to JR station. The bathroom is small but clean. You can travel hands-free, deposit luggage after checkout. It’s a good choice to stay here few days when you take a trip to Asahikawa.

The rooms were not much of a problem except for the lack of amenities provided. We had ordered a room for three and they decided to put in an extra bed in a two person room but without the extra share if amenities. Cons: their map is vague. They do not write it in English; poor landmark locations and sorely lacking in other nearby hotels and drugstores as well as restaurants. It does not seem to have been updated in a long time. We had walked in a circle before we finally resorted to trying to compare the words written on the map on those written on the other buildings.

Good location, walkable distance from trains and nearby restaurants. Some shuttle buses make a stop at this hotel if you reserve a seat (example Kamui ski links ski resort). Rooms were a normal size for Japan and service was excellent. All staff I met spoke English.
