    The hospitality of the staff near the ticket machine was excellent. Communication with each staff member was quick and explanations were easy to understand. All the staff members were very nice to greet. If you don't want to wait, reservations are required! I rushed in with no luck, but luckily the process was completed quickly thanks to the hospitality and cooperation of each staff member. The customer service, such as cooperative play and greetings, was perfect and I felt very comfortable.

He entered the store and asked me what I needed to do, but I was at a loss for words, and even though less than a minute had passed, he started asking me what the customer behind me was doing. The customer in the back was only half-heartedly responding to the needs of the customer, and one after another, 3 to 4 people were running around responding to other customers half-heartedly. In the end, he keeps everyone waiting and doesn't really listen to the story until the end. Isn't it supposed to respond to each person in their order and then move on to the next person? I think it's inefficient even though it looks like they're doing it efficiently, and it gives me a bad impression.
