  While visiting Takayama Inari on my trip to Aomori, I was drawn to Shijimi Ramen and stopped by Jusanko for a late lunch. I ordered the shijimi samadhi set meal and the ramen, and both were very delicious with a strong clam stock. It was large and satisfying to eat. I want to go there a lot if it's nearby!

  I had the clam samadhi set meal. We served piping hot clam rice with clam tsukudani, clam miso, and clam nanbanzuke, so we ran out of rice in no time. The clam butter chowder is also delicious. I am satisfied.

  I came here because I wanted to eat shijimi ramen♪ It was really delicious! I was able to leave all the soup! The staff's response was also great. I was very satisfied with the score of 100 points.

  Apparently it takes a while to make the clam rice, so I waited about 40 minutes for it to come out, but if it's a day when you don't have to rush, it's not a problem. I enjoyed the freshwater clams at a great value.
