::Even though I was silent, both water and tea were served. I had the thin tempura udon. The tempura was not crispy but fluffy, and the shrimp tails were processed and the vegetables were delicious as well. The udon noodles went down easily, and there was a bit of strain to the noodles. Wakame seaweed is served as an accent. Perhaps because he was the first customer that day, he brought me a sports newspaper.

::I wanted to eat kitsune udon, so I stopped by this place that I had been curious about for a while. I was expecting delicious fried food, but as expected, the taste was a little sweet and the soup stock was delicious, so I drank it all. The chirashi sushi was also delicious with a nostalgic home-style taste. I would be happy if there were fried toppings!

::Fantastic broth and the noodles are hand made on site. I assumed it was Sanuki Udon as I have this stereotype that Shikoku = Sanuki. But, that is my issue. Shikoku Udon means noodles and wakame(seaweed) in hot broth, is what I was informed by the owner.
