::I went with the recommended pork ramen. Pork and chives stir-fried with garlic make for a satisfying soy sauce soup. It's so addictive. There are many delicious-looking dishes such as miso, spicy miso, and tomato-based dishes. The owner of the restaurant prepares the noodles as soon as an order is placed, which is a nice touch.

::I received the shop's signature ramen (700 yen). This is soy sauce ramen based on lard and ground meat. As for the soup stock...maybe it's dried sardines? I thought it would be easier to understand if it was bonito. The taste was refreshing, with a hint of sesame flavor, but the lard seemed to be quite heavy, so I was wondering if it was sesame or sesame oil? That's what I thought, but it looks like it's not true (^^;). However, I was glad that it was served with gari (ginger), which offset the greasy taste. The ingredients were a small grilled pork belly, wakame, Japanese mustard greens, green onion, light noodles, 40% boiled egg, and a sheet of seaweed. The soup was piping hot, but I think the noodles were average. It's hot ♪(^^) I also had gyoza (300 yen/3 pieces). It was piping hot and the grilled parts were crispy. However, the skin is a bit greasy... Also, the gyoza costs 100 yen each…(^^;)

::My wife and I came here for lunch on a weekday, but the place was already full and expensive. I ordered the most popular pork and miso ramen and 5 gyoza. The noodles are hand-kneaded so they mix well with the soup and go well with the rich seasoning. The gyoza was vegetable so I didn't feel guilty (lol) and it was large and filling and I was very satisfied. The female clerk was friendly and I had a lot of fun talking with her about various things. The shopkeeper also responded in a clear voice from the kitchen, and the shop had a nice atmosphere. Parking is available behind the store and across the street, making it easy to access. I want to go again.

::Ramen shop in town There is a parking lot in front of the store, and there is also a parking lot on the opposite side of the road. It is specified by number. There is a small note at the entrance of the store. Well, there isn't really anything that will cause a queue. The store seems to have an empty counter, tables, and a tatami room in the back. Cold water is self-serve. Once the menu was decided, they would ring a buzzer to call us, but since there was a waiter in front of me, I ordered directly. I ordered the restaurant's recommended pork ramen and half-gyoza. The ramen was loaded with pork and sesame seeds. The gyoza are so big that you can eat three of them. The taste was average.
