  Personally, I am a person who likes onsen a lot. I like the private onsen , romantic atmosphere here. It really suits me for a relaxing day.

  The stay was really something else. The location, service and facilities were next level. Hot spring bath in 45c water whilst it's -8c and snowing on your head is something else. Things to know, there are 2 packages. One includes dinner which I didn't get (unintentional) and I did regret. You can't change this on check-in. We still were well fed enough due to the multiple snacks included. There is a free shuttle bus to and from Sapporo station which is worth taking advantage of, you'll need to book in advance. The staff don't speak much English yet they were fantastically accommodating. They even provided our breakfast menu in English. I think we came here just at the start of the season (Mid Dec) so there weren't too many guest which was great.

  When I first arrive at the hotel, I just realized that I made a reservation on a wrong day. But the hoteliers at the front helped to change the date without no extra charge. I really have been touched by their kindness and willingness. The reservation website is much more accessible than the others, and all facilities were so good. The only one thing hard part is the conversation with staffs. If you can not speak Japanese, it might be slightly uncomfortable to visit there. Honestly, we should consider that speaking english may not be their duty so. There are not many places to visit in the region, but the hotel provides a lot of enjoyable eats as a program for visitors. Especially I would like to recommend visiting the outside onsen in the public bath zone instead of the private onsen.

  In a middle of my stay, i am eager to tell you that this hotel is very good and some of the staff show lots of hospitality for us. The environment is good. The afternoon honey buffet is awesome. It would be nice if the registration person should listen to us more and be less directive. We are not children and we are not the first time comer here. And It would be nicer if the staff shouldn’t have overlooked us on serving things like other people. It is a small thing that makes this place for 2 ungiven stars.

  Fantastic and relaxing accommodation. Tatami room is warm and cozy! Friendly and patient staff and services! Dinner is gorgeous! Please try to have it your own. Outdoor Onsen(hot spring) located upon the river, wonderful viewed upon the riverbank, air is so fresh. And you can even touch snow when you are in the hot spring! How amazing! He quality of spring water make you so warm and skin shining! Highly recommend!
