  The Shizutetsu store has some good stuff that other stores don't have, so I use it from time to time. The fish is especially good. However, this was the first time I encountered a cashier who didn't say "welcome" or "thank you", so I deducted a star. I didn't think he had been there before. Since automatic checkout machines have been introduced, is it okay to serve customers that way? Do you have a Ruruka card? & I was only asked for my payment method. I felt sick.

  The Suehirocho store is cleaner and safer than other Shizutetsu stores. There is a small hole in the bag you put the dry ice in when you receive it. This kind of small consideration leads to trust. The fish is very fresh and the fruits are delicious.

At the Suehiro store, everyone from the lady at the cash register to the clerks in the hall are not friendly, and they don't bother when you try to pick up a product from the shelf where people are looking for it. Impossible. For customers who are about to go there, there are many items that are the same as at other supermarkets but cost more than 50 to 100 yen more. It's like selling to a customer and deceiving them. I will never go there again. Everyone should be careful. I can't tolerate selling at local stores that feels like a rip-off.
