  The reception from the woman at the counter (newcomer?) was completely unbelievable. They should be properly educated before being released. Even if you can't get an immediate answer to your question and go to ask someone, wouldn't it be okay to just say, ``Please wait a moment?'' Your voice is so low that I can't hear you whispering.
