But as a result...I said it out loud...Even though I had prepared everything, I had to wait for a long time, and I was so nervous that I didn't know if I would be able to complete the procedure that I couldn't talk about it. Why do you have to pay the phone bill to check in advance? Are you still telling me to spend money and get the necessary documents? Only Shizuka Bank was able to respond to this case... Close to customers...? The Ekikita branch was completely incompetent, and there was no apology from the person in question. This is truly the worst response.

  This is a relatively new building, having moved from a branch that was located in the Ishibashi Plaza building. Ishibashi Plaza no longer exists, but it is a branch facing the main street. I used this service when I needed to have my cash card reissued, and they were very courteous.

  When there is money in the account I look at the customer's account balance and recommend insurance and stocks without permission. If you don't have money, you can't get a car loan. The reason I lost money was because Shizuoka Bank had 3.7 million yen of insurance and 2.9 million yen in savings. Aren't you kidding a bit?

  Parking lots are Ishibashi Plaza and Yokado. There is also an ATM inside Ishibashi Plaza!
