  Parking is free for up to 15 minutes (assuming ATMs), and free for up to 30 minutes at the counter.

  Difficult to park. It's not a normal flat surface, but the car stop comes up from below, so you have to be nervous when parking. The fees are also troublesome. I can't say that without putting in a service ticket or something.
