::In one word...the worst. I don't want to give even 1 star. If it's so useless, you should stop using anything but ATMs.

::I'm moving to Tokyo, so I thought I'd change my address while I'm back home (since I wasn't registered with Shizuka Bank Direct) (I knew that I could do it online, then receive the mail, then fill out the envelope and post it) at the counter. I thought it would be quicker to get it done, so I waited about 15 minutes and went to the counter. However, the man in his 50s at the counter paused for a while, then said, ``I don't know how to change my address.'' I told the store clerk that I didn't know what to do, so I wanted her to do it for me... The store clerk handed me an address change application form and asked me to fill it out and mail it. Can someone who cannot even change their address be allowed to work at a bank counter? ? ! ? ! ? Are you okay, Shizuka! ! !
