The timing was good and I was guided in about 10 minutes. Last time I had warm udon, so this time I had shrimp tempura bukkake and shiwa tempura bowl (small). The noodles are still amazingly chewy. Is this how much authentic Sanuki udon is? The warm udon soup stock was delicious, but the bukkake soup was also delicious. Each piece of tempura is delicious. Even the tenkasu on the table is delicious. Many of the customers around me ordered oden. Oden is also very popular, and of course it would be delicious with this soup stock. There is a risk that the noodles will sell out, but we recommend eating during the afternoon on weekdays.

Products will be provided immediately after entering the store The inside of the store is also very modern and has the feel of a stylish cafe. The udon noodles are also very chewy and delicious. There is no raised floor, but there are chairs for children, so families can come here as well. Most of the staff are female, and they are very attentive, so you can enjoy your meal in a good mood.

::It is located along National Route 4 and is always crowded during the day, indicating that it is a popular store. There are no large signboards along the road, so if you're not careful, you might pass by. When visiting for the first time, we recommend researching the location. Since it's a new store, the inside of the store is clean and stylish, and I felt it had a good atmosphere. Waiting times of 45 minutes to an hour are not uncommon, and you will be given a pager and wait in the parking lot. The udon is Sanuki-style, chewy and filling. I had the Kashiwa tempura bukkake udon, and the Kashiwa tempura was outstanding with its crispy, deep-fried flavor, making it a bit different from the regular Kashiwa tempura. I think this kashiwa tempura alone is worth eating.
