  The shop mainly has Japanese-style seating. The shop needs to be small but the seats are comfortable. The meat has a balanced fat-to-fat ratio. The beef is roasted over a fire and has a rich aroma but does not feel greasy. The chef is also a funny person. I looked at my camera from left to right. He walked out of the bar and told me that the beef display was on the wrong side. We looked at each other and smiled. The price is affordable and it is a store worthy of attention. There is no parking space in the store. There is a paid parking lot on the street behind the store.

  Used for dinner on a business trip to Aomori City. Aomori beef tongue wrapped in green onions and Aomori offal were delicious. The miso sauce also goes well with the sake depending on your taste.

  Variety of high quality meat that you cook yourself on a cast iron grill over a small open flame. Each meat set is a sperate order, but all tasted like quality cuts of meat. English menu is available. Seating is tradition Japanese style, and you sit on the floor of a raised booth. Good selection of different alcohols to go with the meal.
