::I called him before noon today because some of the metal and resin that had been filled inside the tooth I had examined the day before yesterday had come loose. Not only the metal but also some of the resin inside came off, so I called because I was worried about infection. However, the receptionist didn't check with the dentist and told me that I had an appointment scheduled for next week, so I should bring the removed item with me at that time. I was told to call again if I had any concerns. The stories don't fit together. I'm calling because I'm worried. Moreover, wouldn't it be strange for a receptionist who is not a dentist to tell the patient that there is nothing to worry about? It is up to your dentist to decide whether there is anything to worry about. I felt that I could not trust the receptionist who did not consider the patient's feelings and made decisions based on his/her own opinion. The reception desk is the face of the clinic. I think it's because we don't have enough awareness of what a face is. I didn't want to use it in the future.

::I had my first dental checkup at work. After that, I went to the dentist because I had a tooth that needed treatment, but I'm not very satisfied with it. Anyway, the first 5 times are just tests. Little treatment was given. Each time, they show us a video and talk about the importance of prevention. I think it's good for knowing your condition, but I don't recommend it for people who want immediate treatment. Recommended for regular care. Also, the only time I had the doctor examine me was for about 5 minutes during my first dental checkup. At that time, my teeth were not examined and the results of the examination were simply explained to me. A dental hygienist will talk to you and treat you every time. Unless it's a major treatment, I guess I won't be able to see a doctor. (I'd like to hear about it.) I'm continuing to go to see him since I don't need any major treatment, but I plan to change to another dentist once that's done.

::The dentist I went to before wasn't a good fit, so I asked around and they recommended this place. I went there because I had a cavity, but I was surprised that they didn't fix it that day. Rather than just a makeshift treatment, she carefully examined the environment inside my mouth and made a plan for treatment, which was very good for me. He explained in detail the treatments that were covered by insurance and those that were not, and allowed me to choose. When I had my lower wisdom teeth removed, it was extremely painful when I had them removed at another place, and this time I had to have my lower teeth extracted, and my friend told me, ``The day I had my lower wisdom teeth removed, it hurt so much that I couldn't eat dinner. I was nervous because she was threatening me with, ``I can't sleep,'' but it didn't hurt, and when I asked her again, ``When can I start eating?'' she said, ``You can start eating from lunch!'' which surprised me. I was able to eat really well and didn't feel any pain. Also, everyone is very nice. I also like the teacher's positive attitude. I now go to care regularly.

::My daughter was found to have cavities during her annual dental checkup, so I thought we needed to fundamentally change the treatment method. A friend introduced me to this dentist, and I learned the importance of prevention. Both the doctor and the dental hygienist were kind and polite, so I decided to come to the hospital as well.

::Grandpa Sensei had a good reputation and was introduced to me, but he was replaced by Young Sensei. He is a confident doctor who returned from the United States and may be good at treatment, but his other responses are so bad that I cannot trust him. Regular check-ups are left to the female dental assistants, and they never come to check on me. I don't know if it's the doctor's policy, but I'm forced to do a lot of expensive tests, and they don't even remove tartar or clean the stains at all. Interdental brushes and mouthwash were added to my bill at the time of payment, and these items were not listed on the receipt and I did not even receive a receipt. Even though I went for check-ups every three months, one day I couldn't bear the sudden pain and went to another dentist near my workplace, where I was told that I had a severe cavity. I don't think I'll go again.
