::A very convenient place located at the JR and Shinkansen station where there are various special Nagano wine and snacks. When I passed by this place during my vacation, a gentleman who was on his business trip introduced me an ice-cream. We chatted for a while but pity that we didn’t leave our contact.

::Liquor shop and standing bar at the basement of Midori, just below Nagano JR station. Seems to be a popular spot even for locals to grab a drink. A small English menu available but I had the sake flight for ¥700 which wasn’t indicated on the English menu. Staff spoke limited English but was all smiles and were able to recommend some refreshing sake. The flight came with what seemed like very salty and spicy chopped pickled vegetable to cleanse the palette. Not a bad deal at all.

::Awesome liquor and snack shop located in Nagano train Station. Many different local wines, beers, ciders and snacks available for purchase. Plus, ice cream/drinks and alcohol tasting bar.
