I requested a change of address. The male staff at the counter was very responsive. However, I gave this rating because I heard a female employee who was checking on a male employee who did not have a photo ID say, ``I wonder why this person came.'' . In addition to changing the address, there were other procedures that had to be completed, so I asked at this timing. I didn't use this at this timing because I wanted to use it, and it was very unpleasant. If there were no other customers, I wish they would have told me on the spot and apologized. That's too rude.
