  The lady at the reception desk is not very responsive. My child had a toothache and was crying, so I called them in the morning to ask for treatment.I went to the hospital at 2:00 and was told that there would be a waiting time so things would go more smoothly if I came after 5:00.At 4:40 p.m. When I arrived, I was told that I had until 4:30pm...I don't understand what that means.
