::All you could ask for from a budget hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Clean room with friendly and professional service at the front desk. Our view over the railway was fun and colorful. We looked straight down on an alley of tiny bars and across to some of the giant video billboards. The window blocked out almost all of the noise and with the sliding shutter closed nothing bothered us. The location is basically just around the block from the Scramble and Shibuya station.

::Reminds you a bit of the inner cabins, on the bottom floor of a cruise ship. The room is about 10'x10', while the bed itself is about 4'x6', so... Overall, a cool last minute spot

::My girlfriend and I stayed here for the last part of our Japan trip, we were in Shinjuku earlier and the hotel we stayed at there was a bit smaller. The REI is very close to the Shibuya station, which is good so you don't have to walk far, but it is one of the busiest stations. Service was great. The workers were all polite and very helpful. All of the ones we spoke to were able to speak English. While there is no airport shuttle service from this hotel, they were able to easily book us one from a nearby hotel 5 min walk away. Rooms were very clean. If you have them clean your room they replenish the two water bottles they give you. The room has a small fridge, electric water kettel, TV, air purifier, and air conditioning with the lowest setting of 68 F. We were up in the 7th floor with a view of buildings across the street and the street below. Bathroom has all the toiletries you would need such as a razor, tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, cotton swabs, and hair brush. There is a restaurant on the lobby floor and a parking structure but we didn't use either of them. I choose because it had slightly better prices than the surrounding ones. I wasn't dissapointed, it was a great stay and would do so again if I were to stay in Shibuya again.
