Two servings arrived at the same time, but one had the sauce on the short ribs. It also covered the tongue (it's salty tongue so it's out of the question) I tried to call the clerk, but the doorbell was broken, so I went directly to the kitchen. Even when I yelled "Excuse me" several times, I was ignored. When I started to get angry and let out a loud voice, I finally got a response. I didn't touch the plate with sauce on the tongue, so I had it replaced, but... The dish that came after that was a little smaller than the dish that came first and didn't have any problems. The amount of ribs is almost half less. (The first photo is after eating several pieces of tongue and kalbi without any problems, and the second photo is after eating only the tongue from a small plate. Sorry for half-eaten) When I pointed out, ``Isn't the amount of short ribs too small?'', he lowered the plate once, then said, ``The plate is smaller, but the amount is the same,'' and brought back the same plate, but it was clearly different. By the way, maybe because the plate was small, I ended up replacing it but there was sauce on the tongue again 😡 The taste of the meat isn't particularly bad, but I don't think it's delicious because of the staff's attitude or the restaurant's mistakes. Also, at the drink bar, the carbonated drinks like cola and melon soda are not sweet at all. At first I thought it was a diet cola even though it was a regular cola. Melon soda is kind of bitter. I understand that they dilute it with water, but Gusto and other stores are sweeter. I don't understand why they charge more than 400 yen for this. Even when paying the bill, the clerk at the counter silently takes the bill without saying ``Thank you.'' On the way home, I was just mumbling, ``Arshita...''. (Is it true that the person saying “Thank you very much!” from the backyard is louder?) I've been there a few times now, and I've sometimes wondered at the attitude of the staff, but... This time it really clicked, Even if you are a part-time worker, please educate yourself so that you can at least say a proper greeting.
