  I heard that Yoshinoya, a famous restaurant in Tokoname, has reopened, so I visited it on its first day of opening. I had the miso stew udon that everyone recommended in past reviews. It was very delicious. It was very delicious with the firm udon noodles and the rich miso flavor. Next time I would like to try it with rice and egg topping. The interior of the store was simple yet bright and had a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend you to visit this famous local restaurant that has been revived.

  A shop located in the back of Tokoname City. When I went there, the father was working alone and seemed to have some free time. I ordered nabeyaki and miso stew, but the noodles were completely different! The miso stewed noodles were reasonably firm, but the nabeyaki was exhausting! It absorbs the soup stock and even feels transparent. The ingredients are simple, and I might go there if it were 50 yen cheaper. They also sold noodles to take home.

  [A long-established udon restaurant that prides itself on its handmade udon noodles] I found this restaurant near Chubu Centrair International Airport when I was looking for a restaurant where you can eat shimen noodles or miso stewed udon noodles. Was the store open when you saw it? , I thought for a moment, but there was a sign saying it was open for business. When I timidly entered the restaurant, I was informed that they currently only serve miso stew and curry stew udon. The noodles for stewed noodles and shimen noodles are different, so for now they only have stewed noodles and handmade udon noodles. I immediately ordered miso stewed udon noodles with egg topping and rice. After about 10 minutes, it was in front of me with the lid on. When you open the lid, the salted plums come to a simmering boil. First, I took a sip of the soup stock...the miso was salty, but it wasn't too spicy or sweet, just right. The udon noodles are slightly thin, firm and chewy, and the sweetness of the noodles is irresistible, not overpowering the soup stock. Finally, with about a third of the rice left in the bowl, add the soft-boiled egg and dashi stock to make an instant ojiya...delicious! Excuse me, but I had the impression that miso stewed udon had a slightly vulgar seasoning, but this one's seasoning was elegant and changed my image of miso stewed udon in a good way. It's a shame that the menu is limited, but I highly recommend the miso stew udon!
