  Absolutely fabulous experience. Staff were very accommodating and polite. Our room 3524 was always prepared to a high standard. They only thing that I would remark upon is that when we came back to the hotel and decide to have dinner we were only shown into the bar lounge and not asked if we wanted to be seated in the dining/breakfast area as it was rather a limited menu and the low seating arrangement made it rather difficult to eat our meal in a comfortable manner and we only discovered that you had a dining area the next morning when we went there for breakfast. Thank You.

  From the moment I contacted Reservations through to the moment we checked out every aspect of our experience was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. THANK YOU! This is by far the BEST hotel in the world of all our travels and we look forward to returning again and again!

  Fantastic experience Shangri-La Tokyo makes you feel at home Staff are all very warm and helpful, especially the Concierge team. The lady heading the team is super helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is fantastic, great menu and great service. Staff at ground floor are very welcoming and helpful. Overall it is 10/10. Only 1 point I would like to mention is that my luggage were in the room even before we arrive in the room. First experience after staying in hundreds of hotels. Check in was fast and smooth.

  I’ve been coming here for 5 years and it’s my home away from home. Everyone now recognizes me and my husband. Service is perfect, the rooms are large and beautiful. The concierge graciously handes all my requests and obtains me hard to get reservations. This is a perfect hotel.

  Loved our stay at the Shangri-La. Everything was perfect. Check-in was easy--our bags were taken to our room as we check in. The room and view were perfect. Every staff member we encountered was polite and friendly. Concierge went above and beyond for any requests for restaurant reservations. Would absolutely stay here again.
