::Extremely friendly staff. Huge rooms with breathtaking views over Tokyo. Our room had a bathtub with a view. Several restaurants on site, one that offers afternoon tea, one with amazing sushi, satisfying and varied breakfast buffet. Location is great, close to public transportation.

::The experience in Mandarin Oriental Tokyo was something I could never forget. From the ground floor to the lobby and around the property I have only seen friendly smile and helpful staff members. The rooms were in perfect condition and the scene from any parts of the hotel provide the best view around Tokyo.

::Beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a clear view of Mt. Fuji. Service from the front desk was exceptional. Breakfast was great, we also enjoyed our meal at the Chinese restaurant. I wish we had time to try the pizza! Will definitely try to be back next trip.

::We stayed here for three nights and it was the best place to settle in and recover from jet lag. The bedroom views are stunning, and itās worth using the spa for that same reason. Staff members are very friendly and accommodating. Good room size. Food options are excellent. Youāre in a quieter neighbourhood but youāre very well connected so can easily get around. Would definitely stay here again.

::Fantastic facility in the heart of Tokyo city with thrilling views from above. Rooms are spacious and well equipped as usual with superior bedding. However, what stands out most of course is the excellent service provided by the entire team, under the supervision of hotel manager Yoshi San who ensured our stay was most memorable. The breakfast and general quality of food was also notable relative to other hotels during our trip. Would thoroughly recommend the facility and will definitely stay in top of our list on future trips... no surprised of course that they are fully occupied during busier periods so book early to avoid disappointment!
