::Classic hotel without facilities, expensive room fee not worth it.

::The hotel is very near to the outlet mall. The mall has many shops and drugstore and almost every things you need. The breakfast is great 👍 with many varieties. I loved the croissants. Really yummy. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Highly recommended

::Beautiful place but be aware it is not close to the city. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway its great but just be aware transport is a hassle if you don’t have your own vehicle.

::Disappointing Experience: Unsanitary Conditions, Poor Problem Resolution, and Outdated Infrastructure I recently stayed at Sendai Royal Park Hotel and I must say, it was a highly disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was abysmal, leaving a lot to be desired. From dirty bathrooms to dusty surfaces, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, the staff seemed ill-equipped to handle issues effectively. When I raised concerns about the broken refrigerator, their response was lackluster and unhelpful. There was a clear lack of professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction. I had to get upset for them take me serious. Normally, I don’t care for a working refrigerator, but this time I did because I have a newborn and we have to keep the breastmilk refrigerated. They didn’t understand that. Furthermore, the hotel's infrastructure was outdated and in dire need of renovation. The furniture was worn-out, the carpets were stained, and the overall ambiance felt tired and neglected. It was evident that the hotel was not investing in maintaining a comfortable and modern environment for its guests. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless they make significant improvements in their cleanliness standards, staff training, and infrastructure. It's crucial for a hotel to prioritize hygiene, promptly address customer concerns, and provide a comfortable environment. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short on all accounts, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with my stay. I don’t know how they are 4 stars!!!

::One of the best hotels I have ever visited in Japan. Service was very good, staff were very friendly. I was lucky enough to upgrade my room to a better one for a good price. Garden view is so nice, great place to take photos. Church is also there and this hotel is famous for wedding ceremonies. Enjoyed the breakfast too, some local special cuisines and lot of other delicious items. Big department store called Tapio is right in-front and premium outlet is next to the hotel. No doubt this is the best hotel in Sendai.
