  I must complement the staff at this branch. Very friendly & professional in hospitality. Simple spoken english & there's also a Chinese speaking reception staff to explain details. Breakfast choice is somewhat a little more than those I stayed at Tokyo. Free gift per pax (choice of Eye heat mask, shoulder ache plasters, UCC coffee set), This is something I don't get from other branches. Truly awesome & Thank You.

  Dear Toyoko inn, I have registered for club card on 10 September 2023 when checking in. However, due to the mistake of your employee about my date of birth, I cannot register digital myself on the app. I already called the front desk from the Sendai Airport and talked about this problem when leaving Japan on 12 September 2023, and the hotel promised to correct the mistake, but not cleared yet. Please help me with this mistake ASAP.

  Toyoko Inn is a chain of business hotels that you can find all over Japan. The service is good, which it generally is in Japan, and the prices are reasonable. This specific Toyoko Inn is located near Sendai station with lots of shopping and restaurants. It is also walking distance from the nightlife district. And from Sendai station you can go to pretty much any place of interest without hassle, including the airport.

  Have basically everything you would expect from a descent Japanese hotel chain, and for quite a reasonable price. Good location, quiet rooms.
