::Holes in the ceiling, bugs in the room, every thing is either old or dirty. The worst is that every facility cost an expensive price while it's free on other hotels, while the price is on par with a top class resort. And no wifi in the room. The view from the onsen and the correct buffet save it. Edit : they asked at the end for an onsen fee, nice surprise !

::Loved this place! Our tatami room overlooked the babbling river and wooded hillside. The hotel has indoor and outdoor onsen, the outdoor one has that serene outlook through trees and river music. Located a stroll away from the village precinct, it's a very quiet location in a beautiful setting. The service was friendly and there were traditional touches of hospitality. One particular staff member on reception who spoke English was very helpful. The hotel provides transfers to the railway station and there is a local guide on hand to connect arrivals to their hotel transfer service.

::This hotel is a very nice place for the guests. Wherever you came from, you will feel and enjoy the authentic Japanese style services. Kaga City is famous for its traditional style natural hot springs. This hotel also provides the natural hot spring and you can enjoy it both indoor and outdoor. I prefer outdoor because the water indoor is hotter than outdoor. You can also enjoy the pleasant scenery from the outdoor hot spring. It has the superb view in the Spring when cherry flowers blossoming. The excellent service I would like to recommend you is the meal at the hotel. It is a buffet service and varieties of delicious local rice and foods are like entertaining the guests and I guarantee the most satisfying moment you will have for the meal. Main course of the meal and desserts are buffet and you have to pay for the drink such as alcohol and cocktail. The dining room is splendidly wide and full of crowds. There are both traditional and western style bed rooms you can choose at the time of reservation.
