  It was very cosy staying, even though just one night. Everything was satisfactory. Especially the kind staffs were very impressive.

  A beautiful ryokan, with kids-friendly staff. The food was of very good quality (awesome mountain veggies), delicately prepared and the restaurant felt comfortable and luxurious. The room was super spacious and recently renovated. The onsen was relaxing with a great outdoors view. Overall, our only regret is that we could only book 1 night. Definitely worth the stay!

  The duvet and mat on the tatami smelt badly. I think it was due to the fact that they were always kept in the storage and not cleaned thoroughly before. The clothes I wore on that day still had that horrible smell after I left for days. Food was OK but I really couldn't not stand the stinky bed.

  Beautiful hotel. Huge rooms, great food, very helpful staff. Attention to details is amazing! Baths are specious, clean with nice water.

  The Staff here are nice and helpful. I reserved a birthday celebration plan and they prepared a cake after the dinner, even though we are full we ate he whole cake as it tasted really good. We've got a upgrade for our room so we got a bigger hot spring bathtub. The room is new and tidy and clean, we didn't go to the public one since the one in the room is already good enough. We enjoy so much here and would definitely stay again if we come again.
