It’s Cash in yen only. I tried the chowder soup it’s delicious. Best to get the beef fried rice it comes with the soup. The burger is good, like a homemade burger. I didn’t like the spaghetti but I like the toast that comes with it. There are signs no photos allowed so I don’t take any. The beach is right in-front of the restaurant.

Really nice atmosphere and location, the view by the window is beautiful and I'd definitely come back to enjoy a meal by the sea. It took about 10 minutes to be seated but it didn't feel like long since I spent the time looking at all the cool vintage stuff they had inside. When it comes to the food there was a pretty big difference in quality between the items. I split the egg and steak sandwich with a friend and it was a perfect 10/10. The pork cutlet bowl was a 7.5/10 it was pretty good and filling. People say the soup is bland but it's simple and filling not necessarily delicious but decent I'd give it a 5/10. I'd also recommend putting some of the seasoning on it. The pork cutlet bowl came with miso soup as a side but it was way too strong I couldn't stand more than two tablespoons of it 0/10.

The food was very tasty and extremely affordable for a larger group. Loved the fish tanks and vintage artwork. The kids meals were a hit, and I loved the sweet and sour pork. Beautiful view of the water from the table.

Overview: Seaside Drive-In hits the sweet spot for nostalgia buffs and casual diners alike. Nestled beside the soothing waves, this eatery boasts an authentically retro vibe, complemented by a refreshingly cool atmosphere, indicative of its seaside location. Its round-the-clock operation caters to night owls and early birds, ensuring that a hearty meal with a view is never out of reach. Ambiance: The moment you step in, you're transported to a different era, thanks to the meticulously curated selection of retro props, including classic toys, a shiny jukebox, and vintage motorcycles, which are more than just décor but conversation starters. Food: The set breakfast and lunches are a steal – they're not only mouthwateringly good but also easy on the wallet, making it a local favorite for all ages. Service: Being open 24 hours, Seaside Drive-In stands out as a beacon of comfort food at any hour, which means whether you're craving pancakes at dawn or a burger post-midnight, they've got you covered. My Opinion: The Seaside Drive-In is a must-visit for those who appreciate a touch of nostalgia with their meals. Its commitment to an authentic retro experience, both in décor and culinary offerings, makes it a unique spot that's more than just a dining venue—it's an immersive trip down memory lane with the perks of delicious, affordable meals.

A restaurant with a lot of history and a great view. You can grab a table in the restaurant, which has the old school American diner feel, and choose from American inspired dishes or a blend of Asian food options. The place has a nice relaxing, almost like home, setting. Lots of 50s- 60s memorabilia, some fun conversation pieces, and a few nice fish tanks to look at, if the beautiful beach view somehow isn’t enough. The sign and menu says 24 hours but I guess it now closes at midnight on weeknights and at 0100 on weekends. Doors open at 0800. Breakfast menu runs until 1100. If you’re in a hurry, you can order at the walk up window outside and order “fast food” but I chose to take my time and look around. I’m glad I did! The server spoke English very well and the menu is in both English and Japanese. The price was good for what I ordered and I’m looking forward to coming back for breakfast and also a 280 yen fish sandwich and 300 yen cheeseburger!
