  The zaru soba here has a firm texture, and I personally think it's one of the best in Kagoshima. I ordered the tempura set because it included my favorite Kisuten, and on that day they also served young sweetfish tempura, which was so delicious that it made me want to drink alcohol. We also have rare vegetable tempura that you can't find anywhere else, such as taro tempura, and all of them are served with delicious salt. I like lightly pickled onions, and when I'm done eating, they serve me some soba soup.It's not only delicious, but I'm also satisfied with the owner's dedication. (last time) The soba noodles were smooth and surprisingly delicious. The tempura is also fluffy and has lots of seasonal ingredients. It's a really nice restaurant where you can feel the commitment to each and every ingredient.

My companion ordered a set of Karasuto chicken udon and tempura, and the explanations on the menu (such as Karasu chicken has tough meat, so the topping is local chicken) were thorough and easy to understand, and the soba was also very delicious. The udon noodles were extremely thin, slightly thinner than somen noodles, and were smooth and delicious with less chewiness. The tempura was also crispy and delicious! The soba noodles were also sparsely thin, and I felt that they were made in-store. It's good that there is a parking lot, although it is small. I will go again.

  Tenzaru 1,200 yen Lots of seasonal vegetables, all crispy! Zucchini, Gouya, Okra, Sweet Potato, Shishito, Mushroom, Ginger, Kiss (Since the vendor wasn't here today, I was given special ginseng ^_^) There was one more item, but I didn't know what it was. The soba noodles are chewy and the portions are larger than other soba restaurants. It's amazing that you can eat so much for 1,200 yen. He went out of his way to make the soba soup. It was creamy, rich, and very delicious. The soba soup is sweet, typical of Kagoshima. I feel that it is too lenient for me, who is from Fukuoka.

  I ordered warm tempura soba. The tempura was crispy, the noodles had just the right amount of firmness, and the soup had just the right amount of sweet and spicy. The amount is about 1.5 times that of a normal restaurant, so it's very filling. This time it’s Zaru Soba! They also seem to have medicinal dishes, so I'll try them if I get a chance.

  I just happened to go in. The host was friendly, so I didn't want to wait to get in, and the inside was beautiful, Japanese music was playing, and the tables were made in a big Japanese style! The taste was typical of a soba restaurant in Kagoshima, and the dashi was rich and delicious! It seems like the tempura is made with mushrooms and other mountain produce instead of shrimp. Since you were alone, you might have to wait, but that's for both of us! Don't make a mistake as we are only open for lunch. This is a soba restaurant that I would like to visit again! There is also a parking lot where you can park your bike!
