  ATMs are open until 12:30 on Sundays and holidays. The website says it's open until 5pm. I would like it to be revised

  Even though it was a simple registered mail from the government office, it was delivered by regular mail. It's a mystery why the envelope says "registered mail" but it still arrives by regular mail. It's over.

  It's a post office. The people do their job- even if perhaps they're a little fussy about how much everything that you're sending cost you and the process for ems packages isn't particularly clear.
