::Both Koriyama Station and the restaurants in Gekihen City have changed dramatically. I don't know if the store that has been around for a long time is this Sansho Kaikan. When I was an office worker, I occasionally came here for lunch. Today I was in Koriyama around lunch time, so I came here for the first time in a while and had a ramen set meal for 660 yen! Ramen and rice ➕ Yakko and pickles, it's cheap these days when a bowl of ramen costs 900 yen! An old-fashioned town restaurant! It's basically everything, which is great. It’s been a while, but I’m glad I came!

::Lovely people, very accommodating and had an English menu. The place is very nice and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Koriyama from far!

::2024.02.24 雰囲気おもろい Very interesting atmosphere. The food was of quality but did not taste as delicious as I expected. Hence overall it’s just a 4 stars. Worth a visit or if you’re hungry for a quick meal. The accounting was very disorganized.

::The staff were really lovely and were able to accommodate my request for a vegetarian omuraisu. They had a few other vegetarian options on the menu. Very reasonable prices too!
