::I spent the night of June 12. Checked in, left the luggage in the room and went out for dinner. When I came back the ONLY available elevator was out of service. The staff didn't know when the elevator would be back to service and just told me to take the stairs up to the 9th floor. The staff didn't even apologize for the problem and stated they didn't have a service elevator the guests could temporarily use. It is hard to believe there was no service elevator in that building. When I went to check out next morning no words of apology. The management could at least left a note of apology I'm each room. DO NOT STAY in this hotel. Management don't know how to handle crisis. The staff neither. They should all be fired and bring professional managers to run the business.

::Often book it for business trip to Koriyama, it is close to the train station and multiple restaurants. The inside is very clean and has been recently renovated. The rooms are small but clean and includes all necessary features. Very nice onsen available. staff is courteous and swift to handle check in/check out.

::The 浴場 is perfect at around 23:00. I highly recommend. The breakfast is delicious! (But only until 9:00) But I am not sure if it is only my room’s problem, the air conditioner was noisy. Also the wind wasn’t very steady. If the air conditioning is on it's too cold, but off it's hot. I would like to change the room next time I stay.

::I had a queen size bed room. The room is designed to use big bath at basement floor. So, the room's bathroom is very small. But the room is functional enough to stay short time. Big bath is very relaxing and big for business trip use.
