  As a foreigner i felt that i was denied opening a account arbitrary my other co-workers got it fine but because my Japanese was a bit shaky they wouldn't even let me attempt without having another person on my company accompanying me my chief said that it was strange to be clear i not the only foreigner that had shaky Japanese working in my company
