  I have always had the impression that Hyakugo Bank's employees, both male and female, are cheerful and intelligent. This store is located along Route 23 and is easily accessible, so I use it often. The other day, I made an appointment at the Kawagei Shiratsuka branch to consult about procedures related to fixed deposits, savings accounts, and inheritance upon the passing of my mother. When I responded to the request, the staff member explained the issue in an easy-to-understand manner and was very helpful.
