::On November 27, 2023, I underwent kidney transplant surgery with a donation from my wife. In the fall of 2022, my wife watched NHK's "Gendai Plus," which introduced cases of kidney transplants between husband and wife, and apparently learned that it is now possible to donate a kidney as a donor even if you are not blood related. Shortly thereafter, my wife went to see Dr. O at San-ai Hospital for a test to see if she could donate her kidney. Test results revealed no problems, so I was referred to the medical school's transplant clinic. My husband and I visited the medical school, where they explained that an immunosuppressive drug had been developed and that transplantation could be performed between husband and wife. I received an explanation of the planning for my kidney transplant surgery a year later, and after a year of hospitalization for tests at Uchimaru Medical and Yahaha Medical University, I underwent surgery on November 27th. Tests conducted just before the surgery showed that the capacity of my bladder, which had not been used for more than a quarter of a century, was only about 45cc, and after the surgery I had to urinate frequently about 25 times a day. After that, the capacity of the bladder gradually increased, and about 3 months after the surgery, the number of bladder movements improved to about 12 times a day. Also, because I have been using strong immunosuppressants for a while, there are many restrictions such as dietary restrictions and visitation restrictions, but I am living without dialysis for the first time in a quarter of a century. It is said that you will be able to return to your normal life 6 months after the surgery. At the time of dialysis, CAPD was selected, but the patient soon switched to hemodialysis. Until this surgery, I had been undergoing dialysis for 5 hours a day, 3 times a week for a quarter of a century. I am deeply grateful to Dr. N, my doctors, nurses, and other medical staff for their support, which allowed me to overcome many obstacles such as complications during my dialysis life. I would like to say this. My own life is finally reaching the fourth corner, but I have no shortage of thoughts about how I will live the final chapter.

::I can't even give it a star. I said I had to make an appointment, but even though I thought it was a preliminary test and went early, all the people called were elderly people who didn't even work, and I was never called back! Do you know the meaning of reservation? As a result, I was late for work. I would like them to put a sign on their homepage or entrance that says this is a hospital for unemployed people only.

::I had a severe pain in my throat and everything else was fine, but when I called in advance, I was told to come in right away to be tested for coronavirus and influenza. There was a prefabricated hut next to the south entrance, and a parking lot for fever patients next to it. There was no one else there except me. I did a medical questionnaire, health insurance card, body temperature measurement, and two things that made me swab my nose. I waited there for the results in 15 minutes. The result was negative, but I was not examined inside the hospital and was only given some rough medicine. It's a shame, but I guess that's just the way the times are.

::I went there for a health check. Maybe it depends on the course, but is that the only thing you look at? That's what it feels like! However, the nurse who drew my blood was very nice. I want you to draw blood again💉 I went there again for a health check, but even though I had a reservation, they asked me to wait an hour to see the doctor after the test! It's the worst even though it's not crowded. There's only one doctor called every 15 minutes, so there aren't any doctors? I don't like this hospital anymore! Also, a health check. I can't help it because it's specified by the company. I would never go there privately.
