Thank you very much for your help during the emergency room and subsequent hospitalization at the pediatrician. The teachers and staff are very kind and caring. The building itself is old, so it's difficult to locate various items within the facility, the nursing room is in the hallway and separated by curtains, and the parking lot is crowded on weekday mornings, making it difficult to park. there was.

I went there when I heard that my family had been taken to this hospital by ambulance. Since it was my first time and it was a holiday, I didn't know who to call the reception desk, so I told the guard that my family had been taken by ambulance and asked the guard what I should do, but he told me to go to the emergency department, which they couldn't handle. I repeated this several times, telling the guard that he would understand. In the end, I was told to come to the hospital for an emergency surgery, so I rushed to the hospital, but the guard asked me why I had come even though it was outside of reception hours. He told me to go inside because there was an elevator, and my family was taken to the ambulance. Even though I was upset and didn't know what to do after being carried away, they treated me in a sloppy manner. Later, another guard ran after me and took care of me politely, but it was very unpleasant.

The mechanism is very difficult to understand. If you are at another large hospital, the next test will be ○○, so please go to ○○ on floor ○○ and submit this file. They always tell me this every time, but after the blood is drawn, it's all over. I'm glad I caught it. I was told that I had a medical appointment, so I waited in the waiting area in front of the reception desk for about 50 minutes, but I was never called. Apparently I had to release the file. The nurses at the hospital are very kind, but I don't feel well. I can't help but have to wait to see a doctor when it's crowded, but I thought it was extremely frustrating to have to wait in a system-based place. Since many of the patients are elderly, it would be better to be thorough when sending patients out after the test. There is a large amount of information, such as live voice announcements, microphones, mechanical voices, and video, making it difficult to hear and judge whether your number is being called or not. I've always had to wait for 2-3 hours or more at hospitals, but this hospital is stressful. Of course, I think it's better to be nice than to be unfriendly. But just because you're nice doesn't mean you'll be forgiven for everything. I really hate wasting time. It's better to be rude but have good skills than to be kind and have bad skills. It's like that. What should I do if the medical treatment/test schedule is different from what I was told, or if more and more tests are added on the day, or if there is no guidance? Anyway, I am quite dissatisfied with the guidance. Other than that, it's a fairly accommodating hospital with long waiting times, but many patients seem to go home feeling grateful.

Mainly for emergency use on holidays and after hours. Due to the large number of ambulances accepted, the waiting time is quite long, but it can't be helped. An average of just under 4 hours (at night and on holidays) In addition to the resident doctors, there are also doctors from various departments, so you can feel at ease. He also performs tests and X-rays, which has helped my family many times. It is best to call in advance and speak with the nurse to confirm whether a medical examination is necessary or possible. If you show your parking ticket at the counter, the parking fee will only be 110 yen (on the day)
