::The doctor didn't even tell me to treat him for pneumonia, and my father passed away. Even though I said I was thirsty, they didn't give me a drop of water. They didn't even show me the data from the blood test, they just showed me the data from 2 samples and said it was getting worse. Personally, I think it was 〇〇, not because he passed away. They do not disclose blood data such as potassium concentration. Due to the Personal Information Protection Act, we cannot disclose this information. From the beginning, there was no explanation that the information could not be disclosed after death. I wonder if this hospital is doing something like other hospitals. The problem is that it is based on the theory of good nature. We are investigating whether there is a violation of the standards for the establishment of nurses. Isn't that an exaggerated interpretation?

::I contracted the new coronavirus and came here as an emergency at night. Multiple family members were infected, and an ambulance was called to respond, but their sloppy, ``don't come here'' attitude was evident. In the end, it seems that the only treatment for coronavirus is to take medicine and sleep. None of the doctors or nurses did anything to make sure I was hydrated, to check for fever and other symptoms, to get an intravenous drip, to draw blood, etc. As a result, the family's condition is currently worsening. Fever over 38 degrees. If you can get better by taking medicine and sleeping, does that mean your clinic is full of incompetent people? (Of course, there are also staff who will treat you politely.) After consulting with another hospital and receiving intravenous fluids and tests, the patient is gradually getting better, but this is the worst medical institution in the world, dismissing the patient without checking his medical history or medication status. Even if we are excited about the opening of a new clinic, there is no point if there is no substance. I don't even want to give it a 1.

::The thyroid doctor is very excited, but he's kind and funny, and he's a good teacher. Not enough chairs in the waiting room , it's small and old, so I'd like the new facility to open soon.

::Last year, I was refused a medical checkup at Minami Shimizu Medical Clinic (Kiuchi Clinic). Since last year, I have been doing health checkups at the Health Management Center. There were no problems with the staff's response. Last year, I discovered an arrhythmia during a medical checkup and visited a cardiology department at another medical institution. Fortunately, it seemed to be mild, and I was told to come see me the next time I get caught. This year was fine. I thought about not going last year, but I'm glad I went. On a different note, my grandmother-in-law passed away at this hospital 11 years ago, and I don't know about it now, but the nurse on the 4th floor at the time had a bad attitude. I don't think she's gone anymore because she was a nurse.

::I was hospitalized as an emergency, but the doctor only gave me a diagnosis on the first day, and there was no diagnosis after that, and the doctor in charge never came. There is no explanation of the progress, and unless you ask questions to find a nurse who is knowledgeable and can explain properly, some nurses will give explanations that don't make sense. I was given permission to leave the hospital, but I was worried so I decided to go to another hospital to get a closer look. I don't know if it's the hospital's fault, but I feel sorry for the nurses who took good care of me.
