::I feel so incredibly fortunate I found this accommodation and will always stay here when traveling on my own dime. The staff are warm/friendly/extremely accommodating - - S/o Wei, Ksenia, and the GOAT! Yoshi (Overnight Manager) - - I was at Hotel Indigo Shibuya on business, and decided to extend my stay in Tokyo for fun. After spending MANY hours researching options, I stumbled upon this hotel via Hotwire and then booked via another 3rd party site= PRO TIP: book directly and ask for the newly furnished rooms on their own wing of the hotel I was in 204, pics in review below. The room here was actually bigger than at my previous 5 star hotel and the vibe is delightful AF…easy to get here via train/Uber and there are tons of restaurants/convenience stores nearby++nightlife. Quiet enough neighborhood still close to the action // centrally located. I took a 45 minute walk to Shinjuku to see a friend DJ at a nightclub and was able to affordably Uber to other hotspots in Shibuya+Minato. Def found my home away from home and I can’t rec this spot enough = Much LOVE and see ya’ll next year 💪💯 Bonus Bonus: You can check your luggage at front desk while you wait to check in, as well as store items here at check out ++ have time to walk around this amazing neighborhood before your flight ✈️ Couple flyers attached of fun nightlife for out of town ppl lol churrrrs//Kanpei//Arigatōōō 🙌 -JamesJamesJames Castañeda @JCASTLD

::I loved staying at Sakura! It is not a fancy hotel, it’s a real Japanese hotel in a real Tokyo neighborhood, very close to a station, with supermarkets and restaurants around that are not touristy. The rooms are small but good small - Japanese style, compact, with everything you need. It’s clean, people are very nice. I will stay there again on my next trip. Recommended if you are interested in more real places in Tokyo than just tourist attractions.

::A comfortable and friendly low-cost hotel. Excellent location near 2 Metro lines. A walking street w shops and cafes just around the corner. Exceptionally helpful team on hand 24-7. Good WiFi. Laundry facilities on site.

::Hotel with nice location where you can get 24 hour supermarket nearby so you can buy food and drinks affordably. They served breakfast of bread, coffee and tea. If you need microwave just ask the front office. Don't forget to put cleaning sign if you want your room to be cleaned.

::I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. One might say the rooms are small; one might view it as the double bed is too big for the room. It was no problem however as the bed was quite comfortable and the room was well air-conditioned. Breakfast was included with the stay, which included a soup and toast. Tea, coffee, OJ and water were available as well. The location of Sakura Hotel is only a trip and a fall away from Hatagaya train station. For a cheap stay in Tokyo, I really recommend.
