::Really nice place and in short distance of basically everything you need. The staff is really friendly. Unfortunately the room I was in was quite dirty and I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned under and beside the bed (6 people room). The breakfast is good but there’s not much to choose from.

::The room needs serious updating. Airconditioning is noisy, no bidet on the toilet, no kettle in the room and fridge was broken. Location was good though near the station but no bidet/ heated toilet is a huge bummer when you're in japan. $70 a night tho so i guess you get what u pay for.

::Tiny rooms. Like tiny. Double bed room could fit two people or two suitcases. But the bed was wonderful, and the room/hotel was very clean. It was a little noisy with the heater, water, etc. but the building is old. The staff was extremely helpful and the price was fair. Loved the neighborhood in Hatagaya. Very close to metro station. Two doors down from the hotel is the best ramen I ate while in Tokyo. I would add a picture of our room but wife didn’t want to be in it.

::Stayed here for a while while traveling Tokyo. Very close to the station. Nice neighborhood to go walks on. Front desk staff are so polite and speak english. Staff in general are very accommodating. Rooms are simple and clean. 5 stars all around for what you're paying for, it might not be a Las Vegas resort, but it gets the job done, and superbly. Depending where I am visiting next time in Japan, I would book here again.

::What you get is fair for the price. Close to the Hatagaya station, free breakfast and the staff was very helpful and English proficient. The room is small and you can hear everything through the walls, but it has a clean bed, shower and bathroom.
